I would like to give an update on my sister's condition. She has completed her first round of treatments and they say that 70 to 80% of the myeloma is gone, (Praise God!).
Beginning October 18th-25th, she will return to the Cancer Center Treatment of America in Chicago. She will be preparing for her stem cell transplant. She will be receiving radiation treatments, injections, blood withdrawal and stem cell collection. She will return home for a week or two and return to the hospital. This time, for a 4-6 week stay. She'll be given heavy chemo treatments and blood transfusion among other things. She'll then receive her stem cell transplant. Please continue to pray for her. She still has a long road ahead.
I would like to thank everyone who have contribute financially. Even with insurance, it's very expensive. For each night she stays in the facility, she has to pay $50. You can make a contribution to PayPal.me/APattonXcancer. Or, you can see me or Pastor Tony. Your prayers and/ or contributions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My sister went to a local oncologist to see if he would accept her as a patient, but work with Cancer Treatment Center of American, located in Chicago. This would cut down on the expenses incurred buying gas, paying for hotel stays, and eating out for the family members that go along. We've been taking turns going. However, the doctor declined to work with CTCA, so, she has to continue going there one week every month. CTCA is a wonderful place for cancer patients, unfortunately, there are none in St. Louis. Please pray for her, Angela Pattton, that she will find a good doctor here, and for her healing. We no longer have a GoFund Me account. You can go to Paypal.me/APATTONXCANCER if you would like to donate anything to help offset any expenses. Thank you and God bless you. Dawn Metcalfe
